The objective of the Le Fer d'Or contest is to pay tribute to the counsellors, the true camp craftsmen. Ranch Massawippi hands out scholarships, Excellence certificates and honorary plaques to those who give of themselves to the children therefore assuring a high quality of life at camp by their remarkable work.
